My mind goes back in time aways. Watching movies of western days.

Roy Rogers was the undisputed king of the cowboys, with Dale Evans by his side. Justice prevailed, only the bad men died.

Who could forget his faithful dog Bullet, and his sidekick, Pat Brady, driving his jeep, Nelly Bell. Dale on Buttermilk, and Roy on Trigger, they rode into history, down that old dusty trail.

Remember old fuzzyface Gabby Hayes, he helped Roy fight the outlaws on the big silver screen. He wasn't a big man, short and bo-legged, and rough as a cob, but he wasn't mean.

No one sat a horse like Roy did, when he stepped up in that saddle, and rode off into the sun. It was like magic, that golden palamino, and Roy became one.

He wore a ten gallon hat for a crown, and it never came off when he brought the bad guys down. He was a singing cowboy, and he knew how to fight, when he got knocked down, he always got up for another round.

Every Saturday, my brothers and me. Watched Roy Rogers and Dale Evans on T.V.

At the end of the show, there was a song they would do. As they rode of into the sunset, singing,

" Happy Trails To You."

Just incase you forgot the words...Here ya go!

Some trails are happy ones Others are blue It's the way you ride the trail that counts Here's a happy one for you

Happy trails to you Until we meet again Happy trails to you

Keep smilin' until then Who cares about the clouds if we're together? Just sing a song and bring the sunny weather

Happy Trails to you Till we meet again Happy trails to you Until we meet again

Happy trails to you Keep smilin' until then Who cares about the clouds if we're together? Just sing a song and bring the sunny weather

Happy Trails to you Till we meet again
